Mar. 21, and 22nd, 2009, Sleep Over at the Liberty Science Center.
Saturday March 21, 2009 @ 6pm to Sunday March 22, 2009 @ 9am. You will receive a snack, breakfast, presentation in the IMAX theatre and a HI DEF 3D show.

Feb. 20, 2009 (at 6:30 p.m), Blue and Gold Dinner at Upper Middle School.
Pack 850 Cub Scout will receive any of the Pinewood Derby awards that may win, and any Sports and Academics belt loops and pins they earn.

Jan. 30 and 31, 2009, Pinewood Derby will be held at the Upper Middle School in the cafeteria.
Jan 30, Pit Night Prize, each boy hand in his own car weigh less than 5 oz, The overall style and appearance contest will also be held at the Pit night Pack meeting. Cars will be judged on the following categories: Funniest; Most colorful; Fastest (looking); Most original; Most likely to succeed
Jan 31, Car Race: Tigers -- 8:30 – 8:50; Wolfs -- 8:50 - 9:10; Bears -- 9:10 – 9:30; Weblos 1 -- 9:30 – 9:50; Weblos 2 -- 9:50 – 10:15

Dec. 12, 2008, from 6 - 7:30 pm, Holiday Celebration Party at the Kendall Park Roller Rink.
skating, the party is free this year, limit skaters to first 100.

Nov. 13, 2008 at 7:00 pm, Pack Meeting at the Upper Middle School cafeteria.
Uniform Inspection;
A guest speaker from military - will talk about the importance of the soldier boxes we send each year to Iraq or Afghanistan;
Soldier boxes - each cub scout will pack items in a box for delivery to a soldier.

Oct. 18 and 19, 2008, Pack's annual Popcorn Show and Sell at the Montgomery ShopRite

Oct. 18, 2008, Campfire and sleeping over at Colonial Park.

Sep. 23rd, 2008, Pack Meeting - at the Lower Middle School.
Starting at 7:00 p.m. and ending about 8:00 p.m. The theme will be the Olympics with the boys participating in several physical fitness activities.

Aug. 9th, 2008, Miniature Golf at Pinecreek Miniature Golf on Route 31 in Pennington:
The three Cub Scout Packs in Montgomery will be hosting a joint Summer Family Outing. The event will begin at 10:00 with a round of golf, a group of golfers starting at each hole, followed by a small picnic 12:00-14:00.

July 19th, 2008, Fishing Derby at Rosedale Park in Hopewell:
The 3 Montgomery Cub Packs are having a combined fishing derby again this summer, with a start time of 8:30 a.m.. After fishing, there will be lunch at the park. We will be barbequing, and will also have chips, and drinks. This is a family event, so everyone is welcome.

Our annual camp-in will be on the New Jersey Battleship, Camden, NJ. Our group will be off on incredible adventure learning about life as a sailor on the Battleship NJ:

Feb 29th, 2008 (Fri) Blue and Gold Dinner at the Lower Middle School (Cafeteria) at 6:30 pm
Please join Pack 850 as we celebrate our Cub Scouts’ achievements and say goodbye to our Webelos II Scouts and wish them success as they move on to Boy Scouting. This year, we will have a buffet dinner catered by Café Piazza in Hillsborough. Dinner includes: pasta, chicken, salad, french fries, chicken tenders, drinks and dessert.

Jan 25th, 2008 (Fri) Pinewood Derby turned in at the Upper Middle School (Cafeteria) at 6:30 pm Jan 26th, 2008 (Sat) Pinewood Derby car race at the Upper Middle School (Cafeteria) at 8:30 am
This is Pack 850 meeting for Pinewood Derby (annual event). Every scout's car will be raced in six track in our new Derby system. Average finishing time of each car will be statistically evaluated by system connect to a computer. It will be exciting and fun event.

November 15th, 2007 (Thursday) Pack 850 Meeting at the Lower Middle School at 7:00 pm
This is the uniform inspection meeting, so please have the boys in uniform. We will also be filling boxes for soldiers in Iraq. The boys will also write a brief note to include in the box.

October 27, 2007 (Saturday), Montgomery Fall Festival -- cub scouts parade
Saturday, 10/27/2007 is the Montgomery Fall Festival held at the Montgomery High school. All cub scouts are invited to march in the parade that begins at 10:00 (line up is at 9:30 at the Otto Kaufman center). Anyone interested in marching should be at the Otto Kaufman center at 9:30 and line up with Cub Scout pack 850.

October 6th, 2007. 06:30 PM at Campfire Colonial Park.
Skits & Songs by Dens and Scouts;

Marshmallows and hot chocolate;

Optional overnight campout;

Parents must camp with their scouts (family camping).

September 25th 2007. 07:30 PM Pack Meeting at Montgomery Lower Middle School.
